Gregory C. Thomas Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary As Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Greg is responsible for participating in corporate strategic planning, maintains all corporate records and filings, reviewing and assisting in negotiations of all major contracts, and has authority for resolution of all commercial disputes. Greg joined Fisk in September 1997. Greg holds a JD, Civil Law from Tulane University as well as a BA in History. He has over 24 years experience as an attorney representing construction industry clients. Greg has passed the bar in four states including the District of Columbia. He is associated with a multitude of legal organizations and has had several of his writings published in various journals.
