Orvil Anthony
Vice President

Orvil has 20+ years experience in contract, project and operations management. He is tasked with the responsibility to expand the regional footprint and increase the Fisk brand recognition in the South Texas market. Orvil is also instrumental in strategic and business plan development and implementation. His goals are to continuously improve company sales and profits, reduce overhead and streamline office and jobsite operations procedures. His expertise includes robotics, material handling equipment, automotive manufacturing, welding networks, conveyors, control systems, manufacturing and automation systems. Orvil has served in every capacity in the electrical field.

Orvil holds a BS in Engineering from Oklahoma State University and has completed the JATC 4-year apprenticeship. He holds a Texas Electrical Contractors License, Texas Master Electrician License, and Oklahoma Journeyman Electrical License. Orvil is currently on the Board of Directors of both the South Texas National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and South Texas Joint Apprenticeship Trust and Training Committee (JATC) as well as a member of the NECA/IBEW Negotiating Committee.

Dallas

Michael D. Dickman
Vice President

As a Vice President, responsibilities include supervising, design build, conceptual estimating, budgeting, overseeing DFW operations, and cultivating business opportunities within the Dallas/Fort Worth, North Texas Region. Before his current position, Mike also held positions as Operations Manager and Project Manager in the Dallas Office.

Mike holds a BS degree in Electrical Power Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He holds a master electrician's license in the cities of Dallas, Irving, Fort Worth and Arlington. Mike has been with Fisk for 22 years but has over 30 years experience in the electrical industry.

Houston

Wayne McDonald
Sr. Vice President, Houston Group

In his role as Sr. Vice President, Wayne is responsible for overseeing the management and general operations of our Houston and Gulf Coast operating areas. Wayne provides strategic direction and support to the Commercial, Service, and Technology divisions of the Houston Group. He participates in corporate strategic planning to insure that Houston Group meets its operational goals.

Wayne holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston, and is a graduate of Strake Jesuit College Preparatory. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. Wayne has been with Fisk since 1972 serving as Estimator, Project Manager, Director of Engineering and Cost control, Chief Estimator, Operations Manager and most recently as Regional Vice-President, Houston Contracts.

James E. Madget, P.E.
Vice President, Client Relations

James concentrates his efforts on expanding and developing Fisk's client relationships. In addition, he assists in the oversight of various Houston Group operating segments.

James received his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Houston. He holds active professional engineering licenses in thirteen states and has over thirty years of experience in designing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems for high rise office buildings, sports arenas, hospitals, schools, and laboratories throughout the southeastern and southwestern United States.

Ted Robertson
Operations Manager, Commercial

In his role as Operations Manager, Commercial, Ted is responsible for the day to day operations of the Houston Contracts Division. Responsibilities include general execution of the work, contract management and oversight of the project management staff in the Division.

Ted has been with Fisk since 1981 and has served in the capacity of Field Supervisor, Director of Construction Coordination, CAD Manager, Project Manager, Project Administrator, and now Operations Manager.

Tim Sabo
Operations Manager, Service

In his role as Operations Manager, Service, Tim is responsible for the day to day operations of the Houston Service Group which includes Industrial Projects. Responsibilities include general execution of the work, contract management, oversight of the project management staff, and oversight of the estimating department in the Division.

Tim has been with Fisk since 1982 and has served in the capacity of Project Manager, Industrial Team Leader,  and now Operations Manager for the regional Industrial and Service group.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of West Virginia.

Las Vegas

 

Darrell W. Harwood
President, Western Group

As President, Western Group, Darrell is responsible for overseeing the operations and general management of our Las Vegas and Dallas offices. In this role Darrell offers strategic direction and support to Western Group management. Darrell participates in corporate strategic planning to insure that the Western Group meets its operational goals.

Darrell holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. He has been with Fisk for over 23 years and has served in a variety of increasingly important management roles, including General Manager over our Dallas and Las Vegas offices, regional Vice President for both locations and now as President of the Western Group of Fisk Electric.

Danny Howell
Operations Manager, RCDD, LAN and Outside Plant Specialist

Presently, Danny is Operations Manager for the Las Vegas office of Fisk Technologies. He is involved with overseeing the field operations and personnel in the Las Vegas area. He also devotes time to project design and layout, and training of personnel. Along with his BICSI certifications, Danny holds a Master Technician’s Card (#0118), and numerous vendor certifications including Corning, Siemon, Nordx, Blonder Tongue, and NEC.

Danny was Co-owner of Rodan Inc. for 12 years along with Lee Vowell, before being bought-out by Fisk Electric in 1998. Danny has over 20 years experience in the Telcom field.

Lee Vowell
Division Manager



As Division Manager for the Las Vegas office of Fisk Technologies, Lee is responsible for business development, large project management and fiscal budgeting. Prior to Lee's current position with Fisk, he was co-owner of the communications contracting company Rodan Incorporated. Fisk acquired Rodan in 1998.

Lee has an extensive background in all aspects of the communication industry including project management, technical support and engineering. Lee has over 20 years of experience in the communications industry.

Miami

Paul Maggi
General Manager

With his 20+ years experience Paul is responsible for growing Fisk Electric within the Regional Market. His responsibilities include business development, customer relations and the everyday business management of the Miami regional office. He has supervised estimating, pre construction services, and operations.

Education: State University New York, Potsdam, N.Y. , 1970-1972, International Correspondence School, Scranton, PA, Advanced Electrical Curriculum, 1972-1974.

Eddy Perrault, Jr.
Operations Manager, Miami



In his role as Operations Manager, Eddy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Miami Project Management Group. His responsibilities include general execution of the work, contract management and oversight of the project management team.

Eddy has been with Fisk since 2001 and has been in the electrical contracting business for over 18 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University and is a master electrician in the State of Florida.

Pat Clyne
General Manager

With his 30+ years experience Pat is responsible for growing Fisk Electric within the Regional Market. His responsibilities include business development, customer relations and the everyday business management of the regional office.

Pat graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute (Virginia Tech) in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. He also holds an electrical contractors license in the states of Florida, Georgia and North Carolina. Pat also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Electrical Contractors Association and The Joint Apprenticeship Trust and Training Committee.

New York

Daniel L. Chapa, RCDD
Vice President

Dan is the Vice President of the New York office for Fisk Electric Co and Fisk Technologies. Dan also serves as the Vice President responsible for the Technologies Divisions in multiple markets throughout Fisk Eastern Group and Southwestern marketing areas including Austin, San Antonio, Dallas/Fort Worth and Phoenix. Dan began his career with Fisk in Houston in 1996, and has served in various management capacities for our Houston, Dallas and Miami offices over the course of his career.  He opened the New York office for Fisk in 2004, and continues to guide the development of northeast markets.

Dan is a graduate of Baylor University in Waco, Texas, holding a BBA with majors in Finance and International Business.  He is also a BiCSi Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).

David R. Bilello
Director of Operations

Dave joined Fisk in 2005 as a Sr. Project Manager, and within a year, he was promoted to Director of Operations.  He is responsible for business development and operations for Fisk Electric Co and Fisk Technologies in the NY metropolitan area, New Jersey and Connecticut.  He has spent the majority of his professional career managing projects in the Local 3 and Local 25 marketplaces.
