This is the goal for each member of Fisk Technologies Project Management team. With a heavy emphasis on operations and minimal direct sales representatives, repeat business has always been a critical component of Fisk's success. Fisk's dedicated PM's are essential in achieving such high customer retention. Fisk PM's will not only provide installation supervision, but also project planning, design assistance, and overall account maintenance. Our PM's react quickly to ensure proper completion of each task, while anticipating future needs to make certain our customers always stay in-step with evolving technology requirements. Currently, 17 Fisk Managers hold the BICSI-accredited Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) designation. Fisk's internal management training includes such QC tools as a standardized labor analysis program to effectively monitor project productivity. This high level of training helps ensure each customer receives a standards and code compliant installation that is on time and within budget.
