To provide on going services beyond the initial installation,
the OneSource managed services group will provide Managed
Services support of a customer's facility or IT operations. OneSource
BT offers various levels of system infrastructure management
services, which focus on the immediate day to day and long-term
support of a facility and IT operations. These services can
be customized to fit your needs and include:
Connectivity Management
Services assure that your cable infrastructure
is managed with the real time accuracy you need to maintain
your critical operations. Our Connectivity Management Specialists
utilize state of the art software tools to handle the day to
day moves, adds and changes that occur in your dynamic environment.
This includes creating work orders and documenting the cable
plant changes in the software application that automatically
updates your AutoCAD as-built drawings. Depending on your needs
our Connectivity Management Specialists can provide complete
coordination and implementation of your moves adds and changes.
Managed Moves, Adds
and Changes (MAC work) As your facility
and user needs change, we can provide the proper coordination,
management and documentation of these changes. MAC work consists
normally of small retrofit, floor build-outs or user relocations
and does not follow the same construction process of larger
scale projects. The MAC type work is smaller scale and requires
the flexibility, diversity and responsiveness of a services
company.
Service Coordination that can provide support of a customer's
service needs for multiple technology systems within their
facility. For all the OneSource BT supported Core Competencies
, we can provide the management, scheduling and contracting
of various types of maintenance / service arrangements required
in supporting a customer's facility operation. In addition,
OneSource can provide additional value and support to a customer's
systems investment by maintaining a detailed work history and
managed log of the infrastructure systems that would include;
warranty schedules, reoccurring problems and service performance
records.
As OneSource BT remains involved with the maintenance and operational
needs of our customer's facility, we can provide continued assistance
with our " Build iT" services and "Support iT" customer
response center in providing continued streamlined processes
that support a customer's technology infrastructure. We strive
