The complex has two building elements – a seven-story base building for office space, lobby, restaurant, a 467-space parking garage located above the lobby and below the guest rooms, retail store and other amenities; and a 49-story tower containing the hotel-condominium units.

The hotel-condominium tower houses 1,282 units and luxury suites distributed between five spacious floor plans: studios, one-bedroom condos, and one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites. The lower levels feature a spa and salon, and a health club with state-of-the-art equipment. There is also a full-service business center, indoor meeting space, and a heated outdoor pool with sun deck, poolside cabanas and snack bar.
